A growing community between Antrim and Ballyclare.

About the Community Group…

The community group is established to discuss with and inform the residents of Parkgate and the surrounding district, this being defined in the formal sense as the area of benefit, without distinction of age, gender, disability, sexual orientation, nationality, ethnic identity, class, marital status, political opinion or religious persuasion, by working with the statutory authorities, voluntary and community sector organisations and the inhabitants

– as per PDCG – General Constitution – signed 5th of July 2011.

!!Please be aware!!Residents in the Parkgate area are asked to remain vigilant. At approximately 4:20am this morning, three males were seen jumping fences and lurking around properties in the Grange Road area. CCTV footage shows they appeared to be using a nearby property to hide from police. No attempt was made to break in on this occasion, which was fortunate, but that may not be the case elsewhere.All relevant details have been passed to the police via 101.
